Allied Numbers keeps small business owners' and churches' books accurate and up to date — guided by our Christian values of honesty, integrity, and accuracy — so you can make confident financial decisions and focus on the work that matters most.
When your numbers are behind or unclear, every decision gets harder — hiring, pricing, even sleeping at night. We fix that.
Without accurate, current books, you're making decisions on gut feel instead of real numbers.
Between running the business and everything else, the books are the first thing to fall behind.
Every engagement starts with a paid diagnostic review of your actual books, so scope and pricing are based on your real numbers. Bookkeeping comes standard from day one — accounts payable, payroll, and 1099 tracking are added in as your tier grows.
Monthly categorization, reconciliation, and financial statements.
Vendor bill entry, payment scheduling, and execution.
Coordination and support running payroll for your team.
Proactive monthly tracking — no year-end scramble.
Job-cost coding, payroll assistance for your crew, and proactive 1099 tracking for subcontractors.

I started Allied Numbers because small business owners and churches deserve bookkeeping that's simple, accurate, and stress-free — one less thing to worry about. I've felt firsthand how much financial stress can weigh on a family, and that's part of why this firm exists (read my full story). My mission is to be a genuine partner to every client: you focus on the work you love, and I'll make sure your books are in trusted hands. When you work with us, you're working with a small, dedicated team that knows your numbers and is always ready to answer your questions.

You won't find us knocking on your door. Everything happens virtually, so you get expert help without clearing your calendar.
Every number is reconciled and audit-ready. If we're not sure, we'll say so — never an answer we made up.
